Our services help your clinic organise medical support according to its treatments, patient population and contractual needs. MAL is an industry term for contracted physician support. This service does not replace the legal responsibilities of the healthcare provider or clinic manager (verksamhetschef), and no prescription or medication order is issued without an individual medical assessment.

A training certificate or MAL agreement does not, by itself, confer legal authorisation to perform a treatment. Every healthcare provider remains responsible for ensuring that personnel, premises, operations and treatments meet applicable requirements.

MAL is an industry term, not a universally mandated statutory position with that exact title. The medical support a clinic needs depends on its treatments, medicines and organisation. The healthcare provider always retains its own legal responsibilities.
Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine. Legal authority to prescribe or order a medicine is separate from the right to perform aesthetic injection procedures. Each patient and medication order must be handled under applicable regulations.
