Data Protection Inquiries

How to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, understand your other rights and contact us.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Personal Data?

Care Links Sweden AB (Swedish company registration number 559292-8633), which operates MAL Sverige™, is the data controller for the processing described in the website privacy policy. Address: Tömvägen 44, 193 91 Sigtuna, Sweden. Phone: +46 70 624 11 79. Email: info@nordicskinklinik.se.

2. Your Rights Under the GDPR

You have the right to request information about and access to the personal data we process about you. You may also request correction of inaccurate data and, where the relevant conditions are met, erasure or restriction of processing.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies in certain circumstances, depending on the legal basis and whether processing is automated. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

These rights are not absolute. For example, we may have to retain certain contractual or accounting records under the law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If we cannot fully or partly fulfil a request, we will explain why.

3. How to Submit a Request

Email info@nordicskinklinik.se or write to Care Links Sweden AB, Tömvägen 44, 193 91 Sigtuna, Sweden. You may also call +46 70 624 11 79 for guidance.

Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough contact information to help us locate your records, such as your name and the email address you previously used. You do not need to include a Swedish personal identity number or an ID copy in your initial request.

If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may request additional information necessary to verify it securely. We aim to use proportionate, secure verification and do not routinely request identity-document copies by ordinary email.

4. When and How We Respond

We respond without undue delay and normally no later than one month after receiving your request. For complex requests or numerous requests, the deadline may be extended by up to two additional months. In that case, we will inform you within the first month and explain why.

Exercising your rights is generally free of charge. For manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, especially repeated requests, the GDPR may permit us to charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act.

If we do not take the requested action, we normally inform you within one month of our reasons and of your right to complain to a supervisory authority and seek a judicial remedy.

5. Documents Submitted Through Web Forms

Where nurses, dentists or other applicants submit identity, professional licence or credential documents to MAL Sverige™, these are subject to our secure-storage and restricted-access procedures. Under our current arrangement, submitted documents are stored on Microsoft servers in the Netherlands. Within Care Links Sweden AB, only the CEO, specialist physician Alex Sajjad, is authorised to review these documents.

You may ask what documents we process about you and, where the conditions are met, request correction or erasure. Information we are legally required or entitled to retain may not always be erased immediately. Do not submit patient records or health data through ordinary website forms.

6. Complaints to the Swedish Data Protection Authority

If you believe your personal data is processed unlawfully, you may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY): https://www.imy.se/. You do not have to contact us first, although you are welcome to do so so that we can investigate the matter.
